Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of treatment while working towards common goals. You will coordinate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments using evidence-based tools and methodologies, ensuring that they are aligned with developmental considerations and cultural backgrounds.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that link clients to necessary support services, maintaining regular communication with family members and other healthcare providers.

• Facilitate outpatient treatment sessions and assist clients in crisis situations, employing effective crisis intervention strategies as required.

• Monitor treatment progress, including regular assessments of admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, ensuring that your evaluations contribute to the ongoing development of care protocols.

• Document client progress meticulously and submit reports in a timely manner to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in agency committees aimed at quality improvement to enhance service delivery practices.

• Be available for on-call coverage as needed to ensure client needs are met outside of regular program hours.

Qualifications\n
