Continuing Education Specialist 3

For our client, we are seeking a Continuing Education Specialist 3 to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $71,952 – $107,928 annually Responsibilities Develop and enhance the Psychiatric Rehabilitation training curriculum and resources Lead multiple PACT fidelity reviews annually, writing comprehensive reports Facilitate professional consultation with PACT teams, both in-person and remotely Conduct didactic mini-training sessions at PACT ECHO Clinics and webinars Anticipate training needs and coordinate ongoing support for PACT teams statewide Assess training project inquiries alongside Project Leads Assist with developing contracts for external trainers and consultants Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field Minimum two years of experience in a PACT or ACT team Strong knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation techniques Previous experience in training and consulting for behavioral healthcare clinicians Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across various regions Willingness to travel quarterly within Washington State Benefits Health insurance options for you and your family Generous retirement plan Professional development opportunities Flexible work schedule with hybrid options Supportive work culture focused on growth and innovation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
