Motion Chiro Therapy Hospital is seeking a dedicated and licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in San Diego, California. Work Environment

This role is located at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in beautiful San Diego. The facility is designed with patient comfort and recovery in mind, featuring modern treatment rooms and advanced rehabilitation equipment. As a full-time, onsite position, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate needs, capabilities, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Guide patients through both active and passive therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper technique and providing motivation.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, home exercise protocols, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Foster communication with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols.
• Engage in clinical supervision and training of interns and new staff members as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages, implementing rehabilitation strategies that empower them to regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome new graduates who exhibit passion and enthusiasm for patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
