Work Environment

This position is based at our outpatient office, fostering a dynamic team culture among physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other medical professionals. The office is conveniently located, enabling us to serve a diverse range of patients from various backgrounds. The hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine while ensuring consistency in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and conditions, such as orthopedic injuries or post-surgery recovery, to devise individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities—to restore movement, alleviate pain, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients on exercises, activities, and lifestyle changes that promote recovery and enhance their quality of life, fostering independence in their health journey.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, using specific reporting tools to track outcomes over time.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care for patients and share insights on treatment strategies.
• Participate in training, workshops, and meetings to stay current with healthcare trends and best practices while contributing to the ongoing development of the clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists of diverse individuals, ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients rehabilitating after surgeries. We focus on providing personalized care that addresses each patient's unique needs, ensuring that everyone receives the highest quality of treatment regardless of their background. Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (DPT or MPT) in California is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise with at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members, promoting an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specialized treatment modalities such as aquatic therapy, manual therapy techniques, or sports rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
