Our team comprises highly-trained professionals, including two experienced Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant, all committed to improving patient outcomes through targeted therapies and personalized care plans.

Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, primarily promoting a collaborative atmosphere where therapists work closely with each other as well as with patients undergoing rehabilitation. The standard work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life commitment. Our modern facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technology and spacious treatment areas, facilitating effective therapy sessions tailored to each patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively identify patients' rehabilitation goals and tailor treatment plans to meet their specific needs.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and high-quality care.
• Deliver cost-effective treatment plans that enhance clients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans that leverage various therapeutic interventions.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at fostering long-term health improvements.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey to maximize their functional recovery.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care across multiple disciplines.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, track patient progress, and maintain thorough documentation of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and mobility impairments. The focus is on enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through customized therapeutic interventions. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients regain independence and reclaim their active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.
• Must possess a valid physical therapy license in California.
• Maintain a professional record with no incidents of disciplinary action against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Strong competency in developing and implementing customized exercise protocols for diverse patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, will be highly regarded.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, bringing a wealth of knowledge on effective treatment modalities and patient management strategies. Compensation and Benefits
