Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our outpatient office, equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical limitations, functional goals, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and strength.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality, personalized care during each session.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to aid recovery and enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their responses and outcomes.
• Document patient interactions, treatment provided, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies that promote optimal health outcomes.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation protocols, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to facilitate efficient practice management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions and surgeries, including sports injuries, joint replacements, and chronic pain syndromes. Our patient demographic ranges from active individuals to those in need of more intensive rehabilitation, giving you an opportunity to make a significant difference in a diverse population.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your practice license.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring effective patient engagement.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically WebPT, for patient record management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with current evidence-based practices and rehabilitation methodologies will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skill set, alongside a comprehensive benefits plan.
