Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each patient, creating individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives undivided attention and care. Sessions may be conducted in half-hour intervals, aided by support staff for transitions and modalities.

• Maintain open lines of communication, facilitating follow-up and outreach with current and prospective patients to optimize their experiences and outcomes.

• Document clinical evaluations and treatment progress systematically, balancing documentation time within the daily schedule.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share client care, ensuring each patient benefits from the collective expertise of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on active and motivated individuals, typically aged 35 and older, including elite amateur and professional athletes. Our clientele values commitment to their health and adheres to therapeutic programs and lifestyle changes, seeking substantial improvements in their physical performance and overall well-being. The clinic also manages vestibular and post-concussion cases, providing a diverse range of challenges and experiences.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license for practicing as a physical therapist.

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience, showcasing a robust background in manual therapy and advanced therapeutic modalities.

• Passionate about continued education and equipped with the desire to implement new techniques into practice.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a strong focus on individual patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, and IASTM techniques is highly valued.

• Interest in teaching small group fitness classes for 3-6 participants to promote community engagement and client education is a plus.
