Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage directly with clients through various therapeutic modalities, conducting both couple and individual sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing clients’ needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that address complex family dynamics and individual concerns.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and effective communication strategies among family members.

• Supporting clients through significant life transitions, including divorce or separation, blended family challenges, and conflicts among siblings.

• Creating an inclusive and trusting environment for all clients, encouraging open communication and long-term relationship building.

• Maintaining organized and detailed clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
