We’re currently seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef with the leadership skills to motivate an amazing team, all while managing the daily (and detailed) operations of a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year Responsibilities Lead and motivate a kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen Oversee daily operations, food preparation, station coverage, and on-the-spot problem solving Supervise line staff and manage inventory Collaborate with chefs to ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction About you Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, strong leadership, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance Excellent verbal and written communication Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation About us About us… As a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
