Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, assessments, and medication tracking in compliance with organizational standards.

• Guide clients in daily living skills, providing practical support in areas such as shopping, meal planning, and nutrition to promote independent living.

• Monitor and assess the emotional and behavioral well-being of clients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and acting as a positive role model in various scenarios.

• Facilitate medication management by providing prompts and reminders while ensuring proper storage and adherence to prescribed regimens.

• Assist clients with transportation needs, including arranging personal and agency vehicle usage and teaching public transportation processes.

• Ensure therapeutic services are delivered with the highest quality, fostering progress towards client goals and achieving a high level of client satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team for open communication regarding client progress and treatment adjustments.

Qualifications\n

• Valid clinical licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in the state of California is mandatory; please note that applicants with an associate license are currently not eligible for this position.

• Ability to function independently in a remote role while managing time effectively and communicating promptly with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
