Work Environment

This full-time position is based on-site at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Nokesville, Virginia. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working alongside other healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing patient recovery. The center operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a routine work-life balance. Our facility features modern treatment equipment and technologies designed to enhance patient care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities to establish baseline measurements.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address specific patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, guided exercises, and specialized equipment to restore function and mobility.
• Set measurable and realistic recovery goals, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously using an EMR system, preferably WebPT, to maintain accuracy in records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Thrive Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily work with outpatient orthopedic patients recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse client population ranges from young athletes to older adults, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active Virginia Physical Therapist license is required prior to employment commencement.

Preferred Experience

• 2 or more years of direct experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in outpatient orthopedic settings.
