Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do Client Operations Prepare and process account paperwork and custodian forms Manage client service requests and communications Generate reports and client deliverables Coordinate client on-boarding meetings, including prep and follow-up Support client events and engagement initiatives (cards, events, etc.) Operations & Office Support Maintain CRM and client records Execute workflows and track tasks to completion Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Required Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, client service, and/or operations experience, wealth management/RIA experience highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM systems (Wealthbox, Redtail, SalesForce) Ability to pass required background and credit checks Central Indiana resident able to commute to office Skills & Attributes Excellent attention to details, organization, and time management skills Comfort working independently and collaboratively Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of clients and team members Commitment to continuous learning and client service excellence (Raving Fans approach) Training & Development Structured onboarding covering systems, processes, and office standards One-on-one initial training with the Director of Operations Continued company-paid training and professional development and personal growth opportunities Salary: $54,000–$60,000 (depending on experience) Annual bonus potential based on firm performance 401(k) with 100% match on first 4% + profit sharing potential Up to 4 weeks PTO to start, plus 10-12 company holidays annually Additional company-paid programs and perks #J-18808-Ljbffr
