Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and neuromuscular re-education to facilitate recovery.
• Engage in clinical teaching, mentoring physical therapy interns and residents, influencing the next generation of professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest orthopedic treatment protocols and participate in clinical research initiatives supported by management.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to track treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
