Fast Pace Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our vibrant outpatient clinic located in Niagara Falls, New York. In this critical role, you will guide patients on their journey to restore their mobility and improve their overall quality of life. Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, allowing for hands-on patient interaction and a collaborative team atmosphere. You will work in a spacious, well-equipped outpatient office alongside a team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced routine that supports both your professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide variety of activities designed to improve patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify specific needs and design individualized treatment plans based on their goals.
• Manage an efficient caseload of 1 patient per hour, ensuring high-quality, personalized care through direct patient engagement.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and therapeutic exercises to promote recovery, increase mobility, and alleviate pain.
• Minimize reliance on medication by providing alternative treatment solutions that effectively address patient concerns.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Document all services provided in a clear and concise manner in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Motivate and educate patients on their recovery journeys, promoting independence and a healthier lifestyle.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your practice, you will primarily work with patients seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions and other physical ailments. Many of our clients benefit from personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and recovery goals. Our clinics cater predominantly to individuals with private medical insurance, allowing us to provide quality care aimed at improving functional abilities and promoting overall health.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly platforms like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, ideal candidates will have:

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, demonstrating the ability to handle various physical therapy cases.
• Previous engagement with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster comprehensive care protocols.
• Hands-on experience with sports medicine practices or rehabilitation methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
