Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, utilizing patient history and specific assessments to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, incorporating their input in goal-setting for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, you will be instrumental in facilitating recovery and improving the quality of life for patients from diverse backgrounds, focusing on hands-on care and holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid State license for Physical Therapy, as required for practice in New York.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
