Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and create personalized therapy plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to address varying mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with individuals and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on your experience and caseload.
