Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while accessing our innovative telehealth platform. Our work schedule primarily includes weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs and provide the best possible care. You'll find an atmosphere that prioritizes your well-being alongside our clients, where minimal paperwork allows you to focus on the therapeutic relationship and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored approaches to develop personalized treatment plans that directly address their unique mental health needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in their healing journey.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure client privacy and security.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with a dedicated team of diverse mental health professionals, allowing for shared insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care.

• Participate in regular peer review meetings to strengthen clinical skills and share best practices for client engagement and treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, providing them with resources and support to navigate their treatment options effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment modalities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of individuals navigating a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the distinct needs of each client. By providing evidence-based interventions, you will support them in achieving personal growth and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted professional license in the state of Nevada, including but not limited to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience employing solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques for personalized client care.
