CPA Corporate Controller

Leading a team of finance professionals, the full-time salaried CPA Corporate Controller will oversee the full accounting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP while managing financial operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and healthcare billing, while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and debt obligations, partnering with the CFO to optimize working capital Develop and maintain effective internal controls and lead the annual external financial statement audit Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Minimum of 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with a public accounting background Leadership experience managing teams of five or more professionals in complex multi-entity organizations Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and experience with treasury operations and debt management
