Director of Development: Major Gifts & Campaign Stewardship

Western Carolina University is seeking a Director of Development to oversee fundraising efforts for academic units. This role involves cultivating relationships with a portfolio of 100–125 prospects, primarily focused on major gifts of $25,000 and above. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, including fundraising or sales. Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge NXT is preferred.
