• Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually (determined by experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient primary care independently within a multidisciplinary team setting
• Perform medical acts in accordance with APRN licensure standards

• Collaborate closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and staff to improve patient outcomes
• Offer patient education to support informed decision-making
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment
• Support daily operations and participate in ongoing professional development

What You Need:

• Valid APRN license to practice in Vermont
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care or related fields
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to independently manage outpatient care and patient education
