Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and stage various cancers utilizing clinical assessments, imaging, and laboratory tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
• Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, coordinated care
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with oncology guidelines, research advances, and best practices
• Mentor and guide healthcare staff in oncology practices

What You Need

• Board Certified or Eligible in Oncology
• Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work in outpatient clinical settings

• Previous experience in oncology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
