Administrative support in a small business office.

• Solid work history handling administrative tasks, highly competent in MS Office. and ability to use the task function in Outlook. 3+ yrs experience.
• Handle incoming calls to assist other businesses with various needs related to payroll and benefits
• Good math skills, excellent spelling and grammar skills
• Typing at 55wpm accurately
• Alpha-numeric data entry
• Small office experience
• Pitch-in style
• Multi-tasking
• Stable work experience of at least 2 yrs or more in each of your jobs is necessary and this position is at the office

Hours are 8:30-5:30 M-F.

Temporary for a couple of months, very punctual and reliable.

$22-$23 DOE
