Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Ser Mejor, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ser Mejor Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses that provide unlimited earning potential. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to new hires to welcome them into our community.
