Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will play a critical role in enhancing client well-being through various daily tasks, which include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and formulating treatment plans customized to each client’s needs, encompassing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Completing all necessary documentation in a timely manner to comply with regulatory standards and help maintain organizational integrity.

• Employing evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to ascertain client status and progress.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and programs to devise and execute positive behavior support plans that enhance client engagement.

• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the agency's esteemed reputation.

• Acting as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate effective support channels for clients.

• Fostering open communication lines with stakeholders to achieve contract standards and advance the mission of Radiant Family Relations Counseling within the community.

• Building and sustaining relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to broaden our influence and secure funding opportunities.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and representing the agency in statewide discussions pertinent to mental health.

• Upholding and promoting the agency's core mission, values, and principles within all interactions.

• Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team dynamics and operational success.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those requiring supportive services related to acquired brain injuries. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimal requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a prerequisite.
