Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee and supervise clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients, demonstrating proficiency and confidence in various therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions, implementing assessments when necessary and maintaining comprehensive treatment logs to track patient progress effectively.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess psychological needs, collaborate with patients and families, and develop successful resolution plans tailored to unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support during high-stress situations while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Offer personalized mental health counseling services that may include individual, couples, or family therapy, addressing specific client needs, and referring them to specialized professionals as required.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress through follow-up assessments and adapt treatment plans to support evolving psychological needs.

• Create, document, and update strategic outlines and progress summaries, ensuring educational resources and supportive programs are available to patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting with various psychological needs ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. This role necessitates an empathetic approach, recognizing the unique challenges faced by each individual. Your expertise will help foster a therapeutic alliance, encouraging patients to actively participate in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required, with current licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working in a telehealth environment is beneficial. Compensation and Benefits\n

Summit Oaks Care Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional incentives include:

• Flexible scheduling with options to work between 5 to 40 hours per week.

• Performance-based bonuses, potentially up to an additional $2,000 based on state licensure.
