Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and a trusting relationship built on professional ethics and clear boundaries.

• Conduct periodic assessments and follow-up sessions to evaluate client progress toward their mental health goals.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized, person-centered treatment plans for each client, tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve come from various backgrounds and experiences, often presenting with a range of mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will focus on providing direct psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based modalities to support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field is required for this position.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, alongside potential bonuses.
