Key Responsibilities\n

• Consult with clients, case managers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive and individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to organizational policies, ensuring compliance with RAMS clinical standards.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention support as needed, assessing situations and implementing immediate strategies to ensure client safety.
\n
• Engage in case conferences and clinical team meetings to collaborate on client care and contribute insights based on your observations and evaluations.
\n
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine suitability for counseling, work assignments, or further referrals as appropriate.
\n
• Formulate and complete psychological assessment reports that include recommendations for vocational engagement, adapting the information to the client's understanding.

• Provide culturally sensitive counseling for both individuals and groups with mental health and substance abuse challenges.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, fostering professional development and ongoing learning.

• Execute additional duties as assigned, contributing to the dynamic and evolving treatment environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. By providing telehealth services, we ensure that our clients receive the support they need, irrespective of their geographical location. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields is essential.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as per state regulations.

• Demonstrated experience in various psychotherapy modalities and a robust understanding of a range of mental health disorders.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, validated by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
