Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges, enabling the development of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy approaches for both individuals and couples, leveraging evidence-based practices to facilitate personal and relational growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues through regular staff meetings and group supervision sessions to enhance patient outcomes and foster a learnings-based culture.

• Establish and refine therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, closely tracking progress and modifying treatment interventions as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure access for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer the convenience of remote sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will focus on a variety of issues, ranging from relationship difficulties to emotional and behavioral challenges, creating tailored therapeutic interventions designed to meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in the state of Florida.

• Capacity to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating independence in clinical decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits\n
