Develop and execute overall strategy to deliver growth for the business – define goals, identify opportunities, and design approach. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants’ short‑term and long‑term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. Resolve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Provide consultative support by offering strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients. Update active clients on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities. Represent TikTok Shop at industry events and brand summits, fostering long‑term partnerships with brands that help scale the category. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Experience in e‑commerce business. Experience as a people manager, managing a significant team size. Proven track record of continually reaching and exceeding sales goals. Sales and business development skills, command of B2B and B2C funnel structures. Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a strong team; passion for leading and developing people. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in content‑based e‑commerce. Strong connections with brands and distributors. Strong network and connections with brands and/or retailers. A proven penchant for creative problem‑solving. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151,050 – $364,800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package, and the role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country of work location.
