About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision and budget.
This is a dynamic outside sales role where you’ll leverage modern tools and technology to guide customers through the design and purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
Attend ongoing weekly sales training to refine your skills
Design customized bath solutions using our software
Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
Build rapport with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Previous in-home sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus)
Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus
Compensation & Benefits
100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
Typical earnings range from $100,000
