Physician led health system seeks an Internal Medicine Physician in and around Lima, Ohio! 1 hour from Columbus Ohio

This Internal Medicine Physician role:

• Location: Lima, OH
• Primary Care
• Wonderful support team
• The physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community
• Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
• The physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
• Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
• Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
• Very flexible schedule options! (3x12 hour shifts or 4-10s or 5-8s)
• 2 patients per hour seen
• Working in a team of 4-8 other providers
