ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after spending 11 years working for another State Farm agent, and that experience really shaped the kind of office culture I wanted to build. We’re a close-knit team of three that genuinely enjoys working together, grabbing lunches as a team, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels connected and encouraged to grow.

I’m a graduate of Hamline University, married with three kids, and when I’m not in the office you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my family. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I stay involved through our local high school athletics board and helping with annual fundraisers.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jay Ems - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
