Job Description

Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP has an opening for an experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal (hybrid) to litigation attorneys that will work out of our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys and work independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where many parties are involved, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry, preparing expense reports (ChromeRiver) , and day-to-day responsibilities.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, product liability experience preferred*
Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, to assist attorneys
Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing
Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Document Management System (DMS) experience

Compensation: Starting at $60k, DOE
