Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as necessary to align with client needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients feel secure and understood during challenging moments.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in line with HIPAA guidelines and state regulations.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health disorders, providing them with a supportive environment where they can express their feelings and learn coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
