The Business Development Representative will support mixed customer segments through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound-led qualification. This role will generate and develop pipeline, conduct discovery calls, and provide full-cycle development support in collaboration with account executives, with an advancement path toward an Account Executive role.

 

Responsibilities

• Generate leads across mixed customer segments.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Qualify inbound interest and identify sales opportunities.
• Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with account executives to support full-cycle sales development.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in business development.
• Experience with sales prospecting.
• Cold-calling experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in progressing toward an Account Executive role.

Location: Fairfield NJ

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Salary: $50K - $55K
