Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, with therapists visiting patients in their homes. You will work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing an excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill the unique rehabilitation goals of each patient, developing tailored treatment strategies.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
• Implement evidence-based therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility, while actively seeking to reduce reliance on pain medications.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans using a blend of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programming.
• Encourage patient motivation and engagement throughout their treatment journey, helping them optimize their functional abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, documenting outcomes accurately for future treatment reference.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care plans and discharge outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding post-treatment exercises and wellness strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from those recovering from surgeries and injuries to individuals with chronic conditions requiring ongoing physical therapy. The diverse patient population requires tailored treatment approaches, and as a Physical Therapist on our team, you will have the opportunity to make substantial improvements in their mobility and functional independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with a Master's Degree or Doctorate (MPT or DPT) are highly preferred.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy and exercise program design, with experience using EMR systems like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Experience developing individualized fitness and wellness programs specific to patient needs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
