Physiotherapist I - Home Care Rehab

Position Overview Boost Energy Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cordova, California. This full-time role involves providing onsite care to patients in a home care setting. As a key member of our practice, you will utilize your skills to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, fostering their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

This position is primarily onsite, providing home care services to patients. You'll work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent and manageable schedule that allows for a work-life balance. Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, taking into account their medical history, functional limitations, and personal recovery goals to formulate a comprehensive rehabilitation strategy.

Educate patients about their treatment process, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, and ensuring they are invested in the plan of care they choose to commit to.

Utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques, progressive exercise prescriptions, and patient education to deliver effective treatment.

Maintain precise documentation of therapy services and patient interactions to fulfill compliance regulations and support continuity of care.

Our patient population includes diverse individuals recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Active physical therapist licensure in California.

Minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Proficient in manual therapy techniques and skilled in creating and leading customized exercise programs.

Experience working within a home care environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to manage patient documentation.

Boost Energy Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
