Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' mobility limitations and develop tailored treatment plans addressing their unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, physical modalities, and patient education to enhance recovery.
• Implement evidence-based practices by applying manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and stretching exercises aimed at enhancing mobility and reducing pain.
• Design and instruct patients on specific exercise regimens that improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall functional ability.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on a diverse patient population within the home care setting, ranging from elderly clients requiring mobility assistance to individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist License in the State of California is mandatory.
• Completion of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
