Our team comprises highly qualified professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and one licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to delivering evidence-based treatment.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an onsite outpatient office, where collaborative teamwork and clinical excellence are paramount. The practice is structured around a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for an optimal work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge therapeutic equipment designed to aid in patient recovery and promote health improvements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific goals, challenges, and treatment needs.
• Manage a patient caseload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring optimal attention and individualized care.
• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapy techniques tailored to meet distinct patient goals.
• Implement effective strategies that promote functional independence, encouraging patients to engage actively in their recovery process.
• Experiment with and provide alternative treatment solutions to minimize reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating continuity of care.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the integration of holistic care and support for patients.
• Motivate patients throughout their therapeutic journey, helping them to achieve their highest potential physically and functionally.
• Promote and support healthy lifestyle changes and preventive practices in patients to enhance overall well-being.
• Continuously assess treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as necessary for optimal results.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating effective hands-on care capabilities.
• Strong skills in developing exercise regimens tailored to the specific needs of patients to promote recovery and health.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient documentation and data management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions with measurable success.
• Solid understanding of fitness and wellness program development to promote holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
