Vitality Empower Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated, full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence at our rehabilitation facility, located in the vibrant city of Sacramento, California. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing an ideal work-life balance. You will be supported by a friendly, patient-focused team willing to lend their expertise and knowledge, ensuring that you have the resources you need to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and establish individualized treatment goals to achieve their rehabilitation objectives.
• Manage a manageable caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for focused attention and personalized care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate various treatment modalities.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to track progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
• Implement cost-effective treatment protocols that aim to improve patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Educate patients on alternative pain management solutions, thereby reducing dependence on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Encourage active participation in care by designing specialized fitness and wellness programs suited to each patient's needs.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with patients regarding their treatment progress.
• Document all patient care services accurately using EMR software such as WebPT to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals dealing with orthopedic issues who are seeking recovery through physical therapy. This includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals looking to improve their functional movement and overall quality of life. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid California physical therapy license.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and modalities relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting for at least 1-2 years.
• Solid track record of providing high-quality patient care and effective treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
