Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and apply clinical reasoning to assess each patient's needs.

• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate optimal recovery.

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population within our rehabilitation facility, including adults recovering from surgeries, accidents, and chronic pain conditions, as well as pediatric patients requiring specialized treatments. Your efforts will directly impact their recovery process and overall quality of life, emphasizing the importance of personalized care to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Experience

• Though new graduates are welcome, experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
