Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients' needs and capabilities.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modern assistive devices to administer treatments and facilitate patient recovery.
• Engage with patients by motivating them to participate in therapeutic activities and providing education for home exercise programs to enhance their recovery journey.
• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and support staff by directing treatments and offering ongoing clinical guidance.
• Actively participate in professional development activities, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions that affect mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a varied client base, including post-operative patients, those with sports-related injuries, neurologic conditions, and those requiring rehabilitative care for chronic pain. You'll be instrumental in crafting personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique challenges and goals.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) or a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated after 2002).
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in developing and implementing therapeutic exercise programs and conducting patient assessments.
• Familiarity with virtual care methodologies and an understanding of telehealth practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
