Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to identify specific needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they align with each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Implement hands-on treatment techniques, therapeutic exercises, and utilize various modalities such as heat, ice, or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Engage in patient education regarding body mechanics, posture, and strategies for injury prevention, empowering patients in their recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and modify plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care across various specialties, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves adult and geriatric populations, addressing conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain related to osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, as well as mobility challenges resulting from fractures or balance deficits. We work closely with each patient to tailor our therapy approaches, focusing on functional outcomes and quality of life improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, treating a variety of conditions.
• Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess physical therapy needs and create appropriate rehabilitation strategies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
