Work Environment

This role will primarily take place onsite, delivering home care services to our patients in the greater Sacramento area. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for children, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Execute effective treatment sessions in accordance with established goals while re-evaluating and adapting plans based on patient progress.
• Complete thorough documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system within required timeframes.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, expected outcomes, and potential challenges during rehabilitation.
• Achieve and maintain minimum utilization goals and contribute to overarching business objectives.
• Collaborate with peers from various disciplines within the organization, ensuring cohesive care for patients requiring multiple therapy services.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred for advanced practice.

• Willingness to conduct in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
