Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 1014 person office
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized work environment that supports employee productivity and business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage office logistics, including scheduling team meetings, leadership meetings, and Board meetings, while ensuring meeting materials, facilities, and related administrative needs are effectively supported
- Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies, food and beverage services, and other workplace resources to maintain a positive employee and visitor experience
- Lead and support small-scale projects focused on improving office operations, processes, and overall workplace efficiency
- Primary point of contact for office-related vendors, managing relationships with third-party service providers, including cleaning, parking, and other facility services
- Serve as the liaison with the office landlord regarding building-related matters
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of applicable experience
- Experience supporting C-Suite is required
- Experience with Outlook 365, Teams, OneNote, etc. and Expensify a plus but not required
- Soft skills: proactive, effective decision making skills, can act unsupervised, flexible
Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, high caliber organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
