Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Provide virtual counseling for families and children, ensuring interventions are grounded in best practices and meet established medical necessity criteria.

• Develop and lead psycho-educational groups and courses for parents and caregivers that address pertinent issues related to child-rearing and emotional health.

• Complete all required client documentation, including case materials, program forms, and statistical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

• Manage a caseload effectively, meeting all necessary clinical billing hours to fulfill contractual obligations while maintaining high-quality care.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings, sharing insights and receiving feedback to enhance therapeutic techniques and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adult clients facing various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic support will help them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship difficulties, contributing to improved outcomes and healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMFT licensure in the state of Washington is essential for this role.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals and families, demonstrating a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage caseload documentation and related administrative tasks efficiently.

• A self-motivated individual capable of taking initiative in monitoring and reporting billing hours and completing documentation accurately.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth therapy, particularly with virtual counseling platforms, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
