Litigation Paralegal

What You'll Do Review, organize, and summarize case documents for litigation and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses Analyze medical records and prepare detailed medical chronologies Conduct fact investigation and case analysis Compile matter evaluations and status reports for clients Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel Manage deadlines, court filings, and litigation calendars Assist with trial preparation and document management Maintain accurate billing and time-entry records What We're Looking For 5+ years of recent law firm litigation paralegal experience Experience supporting state and federal court litigation Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, filings, and deadlines Experience reviewing medical records and creating medical chronologies Proficiency with Relativity, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation management tools Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume practice Why Consider This Opportunity?
