A growing Houston-based law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a firm in major growth mode, with multiple additions planned across the legal staff and attorney teams. The firm is looking to move quickly and hire the right candidate as soon as possible. Free on-site parking Business casual work environment Hybrid schedule available after 60 days (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding litigation team About the Role This position will support attorneys in all phases of litigation and handle a variety of general paralegal duties for state and federal court matters. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation Draft, prepare, and review legal documents Manage case files and maintain litigation deadlines Coordinate and respond to discovery requests Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and court filings File documents in both state and federal courts Assist with trial preparation and case management Qualifications 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience Trucking litigation or personal injury defense experience preferred Experience with state and federal court procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Stable work history with demonstrated tenure Located in Houston, TX 100% on-site during the first 60 days Transition to a 4:1 hybrid schedule after onboarding Collaborative, team-oriented culture Firm is actively expanding with multiple new hires across legal support and attorney teams If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing litigation practice and the ability to make an immediate impact, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
