The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-focused, and confident managing complex litigation matters from inception through trial. Key Responsibilities Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and litigation calendars. Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, discovery, and trial support. Coordinate document collection, review, production, and electronic filing. Prepare deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial materials. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and vendors. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks. Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic and physical files. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm environment. Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and e-filing. Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills. Experience with legal research, discovery, and trial preparation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management/document platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
