Pay $22.00 - $29.00 per hour Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Opening claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi‑Cal Managing property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims Requesting and maintaining medical records and billing Scanning and filing important documents Keeping client files organized with notes and activity updates Scheduling medical appointments and transportation for clients Communicating with clients regarding claim status and treatment plans Requirements Fluency in Spanish is a must Highly organized and detail‑oriented Exceptional client/customer service skills Strong team player mentality Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant Schedule 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday Experience Open to all experience levels 1 year in personal injury law (preferred) Language Spanish (Required) Work Location In‑person Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr BANA LAW
